Salah satu gagasan ekonomi yang dalam beberapa waktu belakangan ini cukup banyak
mengundang perhatian adalah mengenai 'ekonomi kerakyatan'.
Bung Hatta dengan konsep ekonomi kerakyatan setidak-tidaknya telah
berlangsung sejak tahun 1922, sejak tahun pertama ia berada di negeri Belanda.
Perkenalan pertama itu tampaknya sangat berkesan bagi Bung Hatta, sehingga
mendorongnya untuk melakukan pengkajian secara mendalam. Selain membaca buku-buku sosialisme,Bung Hatta juga memperluas pergaulannya dengan kalangan Partai
Buruh Sosial Demokrat (SDAP) di Belanda. Bahkan, tahun 1925, sebagai aktivis
Perhimpunan Indonesia, Bung Hatta sengaja memutuskan untuk melakukan kunjungan ke
beberapa negara Skandinavia seperti Denmark, Swedia, dan Norwegia. Tujuannya adalah
unluk mempelajari gerakan koperasi. dari dekat (Hatta, 1981).
Selepas menyelesaikan studi di Belanda, komitmen Bung Hatta terhadap ekonomi
kerakyatan terus berlanjut. Salah satu tulisan yang mengungkapkan konsistensi komitmen
Bung Hatta terhadap ekonomi kerakyatan adalah pamphlet yang disusunnya untuk
Pendidikan Nasional Indonesia (PNI Baru) pada tahun 1932. Dalam pamphlet yang
berjudul "Menuju Indonesia Merdeka" tersebut, Bung Hatta mengupas secara panjang
lebar mengenai pengertian kerakyatan, demokrasi., dan arti penting demokrasi ekonomi
sebagai salah satu pilar model demokrasi sosial yang cocok bagi Indonesia merdeka,
Sebagaimana ditulisnya, di atas sendi yang ketiga (cita-cita tolong-menolong-pen.) dapat
didirikan tonggak demokrasi ekonomi. Tidak lagi orang seorang atau satu golongan kecil
yartg mesti menguasai penghidupan orang bariyak seperti sekarang, melainkan keperluan
dan kemauan rakyat yang banyak harus menjadi pedoman perusahaan dan penghasilan.
Sebab itu, segala tangkai penghasilan besar yang mengenai penghidupan rakyat harus
berdasar pada milik bersama dan terletak di bawah penjagaan rakyat dengan perantaraan
Badan-badan perwakilannya," (Hatta, 1932).
Dengan latar belakang seperti itu, mudah dimengerti bila dalam kedudukan sebagai
penyusun UUD 1945, Bung Hatta berusaha sekuat tenaga untuk memasukkan ekonomi
kerakyatan sebagai prinsiop dasar sistem perekonomian Indonesia. Hal itu pula, saya kira,
yang menjelaskan mengapa setelah menjabat sebagai wakil presiden, Bung Hatta terus
mendorong pengembangan koperasi di Indonesia. Berkat komitmen tersebut, sangat
wajar bila tahun 1947 Bung Hatta secara resmi dikukuhkan oleh Sentral Organisasi
Koperasi Rakyat Indonesia (SOKRI) sebagai Bapak Koperasi Indonesia.
Bapak Koperasi Indonesia Bung Hatta, berulangkali
menegaskan bahwa pada koperasi memang terdapat perbedaan mendasar yang
membedakannya secara diametral dari bentuk-bentuk perusahaan yang lain. Di antaranya
adalah pada dihilangkannya pemilahan buruh-majikan, yaitu diikutsertakannya buruh
sebagai pemilik perusahaan atau anggota koperasi. Sebagaimana ditegaskan oleh Bung
Hatta, "Pada koperasi tak ada majikan dan tak ada buruh, semuanya pekerja yang
bekerjasama untuk menyelenggarakan keperluan bersama" (Ibid, hal. 203}.
Sasaran pokok ekonomi kerakyatan dalam garis besarnya meliputi lima hal
berikut:
1.Tersedianya peluang kerja dan penghidupan yang layak bagi seluruh anggota
masyarakat.
2.Terselenggaranya sistem jaminan sosial bagi anggota masyarakat yang
membutuhkan, terutama fakir miskin dan anak-anak teriantar.
3. Terdistribusikannya kepemilikan modal materiaJ secata relatif merata di antara
anggota masyarakat.
4. Terselenggaranya pendidikan nasional secara cuma-cuma bagi setiap anggota
masyarakat.
5. Terjaminnya kemerdekaan setiap anggota masyarakat untuk mendirikan dan
menjadi anggota serikat-serikat ekonomi.
Sebagai penutup perlu dikemukakan bahwa peningkatan kesejahteraan rakyat dalam
rangka sistem ekonomi kerakyatan, berbeda dari kebiasaan selama ini, tidak didasarkan
pada paradigma lokomotif. Tetapi berdasarkan paradigma fondasi. Artinya, peningkatan
kesejahteraan rakyat dalam rangka sistem ekonomi kerakyatan tidak lagi bertumpu pada
dominasi pemerintah pusat, pasar ekspor, modal asing, dan dominasi perusahaanperusahaan konglomerasi, melainkan pada kekuatan pemerintah daerah, sumberdaya
domestik, partisipasi para pekerja, usaha pertanian rakyat, serta pada pengembangan
koperasi sejati, yaitu yang berfungsi sebagai fondasi penguatan dan peningkatan
kedaulatan ekonomi rakyat.
Di tengah-tengah situasi perekonomian dunia yang dikuasai oleh kekuatan
kapitalisme kasino seperti saat ini, kekuatan pemerintah daerah, sumberdaya dan pasar
domestik, partisipasi para pekerja, usaha-usaha pertanian rakyat, serta jaringan koperasi
sejati, sangat diperlukan sebagai fondasi tahan gempa keberlanjutan perekonomian
Indonesia. Di atas fondasi ekonomi tahan gempa itulah selanjutya sistem ekonomi
kerakyatan yang berkeadilan, partisipatif, dan berkelanjutan akan diselenggarakan.
Dengan melaksanakan ketujuh agenda ekonomi kerakyatan tersebut, inudah-mudahan
bangsa Indonesia tidak hanya mampu keluar dari krisis, tetapi sekaligus mampu mewujudkan masyarakat yang adil-makmur sebagaimana pernah dicita-citakan oleh para
Bapak Pendiri Bangsa.

My daily activities
The other things about what I always do are fairly similar with another people. When I get up, I take a wudlu before I pray subuh. I have a breakfast first and then take a bath now.After that, when I wear the clothes,my dad is prepare motorcycle.After that i go to campus with my dad everyday.
After spend my day and do what I always do everyday, I return home. But, sometimes I return home not on time, because I have appointments with my friends. If I have been in the house, the first thing I should do is eat. I always eat some food or munching the snack. After that, I do my assignments and listening to music at my bed room. I don't watching TV much, because in my opinion watching TV is not really give me gains, it's just a useless thing which can spend my time.
If everything has done, the next is my favorite activity, that is go to bed and sleep well.
